Job summary

Massage Envy is seeking a Master Esthetician in Southern Orange County, CA, to join our Mission Viejo area clinics. This role focuses on delivering advanced skincare services and creating tailored treatment plans for members, with a focus on customer care and growth.

The ideal candidate holds an active esthetician license and is comfortable promoting memberships, retail products, and enhanced therapies. Competitive base pay plus gratuity, bonuses, benefits, and ongoing training are offered.

Qualifications

• Active esthetician license in good standing.
• Experience in skincare treatments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a series of 6 treatments to clients after each session.
• Recommend at least 3 home‑care products to clients.
• Work at least 1 closing shift and 1 weekend shift.
• Assist in inventory processes and product stock.
• Maintain a professional and therapeutic client relationship.
• Call clients during downtime to book follow-ups.
• Promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program to guests.
• Maintain cleanliness of treatment rooms and clinic areas.
• Keep thorough notes and conduct thorough consultations.

What we will achieve together

• Maintain a $40 sales to service
• Convert 50% of all services to an Advanced Treatment
• Add on an average of 1 enhancement per client
• Assist the front desk team in filling your schedule to an 80% efficiency

What the role looks like

• Provide a recommendation of a series of 6 treatments to all clients after each session
• Recommend at least 3 home-care products to all clients
• Available to work at least 1 closing shift and 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
• Assist in inventory processes
• Maintain a professional and therapeutic relationship with all members and guests
• Call clients during downtime to assist them in booking their next appointment & treatment follow up
• Promote the Massage Envy Wellness Program to all guests
• Maintain the cleanliness of treatment room and assist in overall cleanliness of the clinic
• Keep thorough notes for all clients
• Conduct thorough consultations prior to beginning any session
