We are committed to providing an elevated, patient-focused experience through advanced aesthetic and wellness treatments. Our practice combines cutting-edge technology with a holistic approach, ensuring our patients receive the highest level of care. We are seeking an esthetician who is passionate, professional, and aligned with our clinic's goals and culture.

Who We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is a warm, detail-oriented, organized, and service-oriented professional. This individual should possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for aesthetics and wellness.

Key Qualities & Skills:

• Licensed in IL w/ 1+ years of experience
• Exceptional customer service – warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor
• Able to consult and create a plan and schedule appropriate treatments for each patient to achieve their individualized skin goals
• Impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness/sanitation
• Experience with dermaplaning, microneedling and microdermabrasion a plus
• Passionate about educating patients on skincare products and personalized skincare regimens for home
• Tech-savvy – comfortable utilize our EMR (Jane) and social media a plus
• Marketing-minded – interest in brand development, local partnerships, events, and community engagement
• Esthetic product inventory management

Responsibilities:

• Providing an exceptional patient experience performing facials
• Develop an in-depth understanding of all treatments, services, policies, and retail products
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records
• Oversee inventory and coordinate w/ front desk manager for ordering supplies
• Work closely with Founder, Cassie Mandala, to uphold the brand’s elevated patient experience
• Medical director delegation, contingent on training, for dermaplaning, microneedling and chemical peels

What You Won’t Be Responsible For:

• Sales goals or quotas
• Employee discounts on skincare, retail products, and aesthetic treatments
• Commission for all retail skincare sales
• Complimentary aesthetic treatments during staff training sessions
