Job summary

Hand & Stone is seeking an esthetician with 3+ years of experience for our New City spa. As a Hand & Stone Licensed Esthetician, you will perform top-tier skincare services and design progressive treatment plans to help clients achieve radiant skin.

You will contribute to a welcoming, member-focused environment, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and support sales goals through client referrals and memberships. This role is on-site with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality esthetic services to members and guests
• Design and implement progressive facial and skincare treatment plans
• Educate clients on skincare routines and product recommendations
• Participate in trainings, workshops, and product education
• Contribute to achieving spa sales goals through memberships and referrals
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism of treatment rooms and common areas

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas
