Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Westlake, OH, is seeking a licensed esthetician to help clients look and feel radiant. You will perform high-quality facial treatments, customize plans, and build lasting relationships with members through repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide top-level services to members and guests by performing esthetic treatments.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training and workshops to stay current.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly attitude.
• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of treatment rooms and common areas.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services

• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management
