Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking a licensed esthetician to join a team dedicated to helping clients feel their best by unlocking skin potential. The role focuses on delivering top-level esthetic services, designing personalized treatment plans, and contributing to sales goals while building lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Esthetics license required in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on client skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create exceptional member/guest experiences with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through member referrals and memberships.
• Maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
