Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Cleveland is seeking a licensed esthetician to provide top‑level facial treatments, design progressive skincare plans, and deliver exceptional member service.

You will work in a team that values education and ongoing training, achieve sales goals, maintain a clean, professional space, and help members achieve healthy, radiant skin through personalized care.

Qualifications

• The esthetician must hold an active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level esthetic services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training, workshops, and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create an excellent experience for members/guests with a friendly, helpful attitude.
• Generate new clientele through referrals and memberships.
• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

• An active Esthetics license in the appropriate state
• Ability to carry Esthetics liability insurance
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services
