Job summary

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Ohio is seeking a Licensed Esthetician to provide top-quality facial and skincare services to members and guests. You will design progressive treatment plans, perform treatments, and contribute to a friendly, high-service environment within a spa team.

You will participate in ongoing training, work toward sales goals, and help grow client relationships through memberships and referrals.

Qualifications

• Active esthetics license in the appropriate state.
• Ability to carry esthetics liability insurance.
• Provide excellent service to members and guests by performing top-level services.
• Design and prescribe progressive treatment plans based on the client’s skincare goals.
• Participate in hands-on training as well as workshops and webinars.
• Achieve sales goals as outlined by spa management.
• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.
