Responsibilities include assessing client needs, delivering facial and skincare treatments to Elements standards, educating on at-home routines, and maintaining safety and Missouri licensing requirements. We offer training and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience providing skin care services in a salon, studio, spa, or professional setting.
• Must have completed an accredited Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program.
• Licensed to provide facial/skincare services in Missouri.
• A client-focus with effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education.
• Thrives in a warm, team-oriented environment.
• Professional liability insurance as required.
