Elements Massage in Shrewsbury, MA, seeks licensed estheticians to join the growing team as we expand into therapeutic skin care services. Expect Thursday and Friday evening shifts and Sunday 10-4 or evening.

Compensation ranges: $20–$22 per hour plus commission, with discounts on retail products, free services, and a full 2-week training program. Ideal candidates communicate effectively with clients and staff, thrive in a collaborative, fun environment, and bring spa or facial experience.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality.

The goal is to create a welcoming work environment where employees feel valued and motivated to come to work each day. We are looking for Thursday and Friday evening shifts and Sunday 10-4 or evening.

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed to provide facial services in your state or municipality
• A client service-oriented individual who can communicate effectively with clients, studio management, and coworkers

• Previous experience in a spa environment or providing facials is a plus
• Certification for Dermaplaning in MA
• The team would love to speak with students, inexperienced and experienced estheticians/aestheticians with a wide variety of experiences from the beauty industry, resort spa / medical spa, and much more.
