Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience providing skin care services in a salon, studio, spa, or professional setting.
• Must have completed an accredited Esthetics / Aesthetics educational program.
• Licensed to provide facial/skincare services in Missouri.
• Client-focused with effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of skincare products, treatments, and client education.

Responsibilities

• Understand each client's unique needs, goals, and concerns to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide facial and skincare treatments according to Elements standards of quality and consistency.
• Educate clients on proper at-home skincare routines and appropriate professional products.
• Create a welcoming, professional, and relaxing experience for every client.
• Consistently follow all service protocols, safety standards, and Missouri licensing requirements.
