Job description

Company name is hiring part-time and full-time Licensed Estheticians.

Avg pay per 50-min facial: $45 (includes gratuity)

Advanced services: Up to $55 for 60-70 min treatments

Steady schedule with loyal guests & members

W-2 position - We handle marketing and supplies so you can focus on treatments

Transparent Pay Structure - based on experience

Service - Length - Pay (incl. gratuity)

• Signature Facial - 50 min - $45 - $50
• Advanced Facials/Exfoliation - 40-60 min - $50 - $55
• Upgraded Treatments - 70 min - $55 - $60

Most guests choose advanced/upgraded treatments

Average specialist gratuity: ~$20 included

Experienced estheticians at 30 hrs/week (80% scheduled) earn $70,000 - $80,000+ annually

Extra pay from enhancements, retail sales & bonuses
