Qualifications
Candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test.
Must hold a valid Merchant Mariner Credential with a minimum Oilier rating.
Must possess a valid Transportation Worker Identity Credential (TWIC).
Responsibilities
Standing routine watches and maintaining logs.
Complete all preventative maintenance.
Participate and lead mandated drills and emergency procedures.
Safely maintain vessels systems.
Perform troubleshooting and repairs as needed.
Upkeep machinery spaces.
Communicate clearly with shore side facilities and peers.
Transferring oil, water, and waste to and from the shore side.
