Job summary

CGL Facility Maintenance, LLC is seeking an Electrician/Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective electrical work for our clients in commercial facilities nationwide. You will inspect, test, and service electrical circuits, generators, and control panels while following safety procedures and documenting tasks.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years in commercial maintenance.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum 3 years construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments.

Responsibilities

Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits and equipment.
Maintain electrical equipment, lighting, and power circuits.
Isolate defects using testing instruments.
Repair and replace switches, sockets, and panels; fabricate control panels.
Dismantle electrical machinery and replace faulty parts.
Maintain emergency generators and high voltage switchgear.
Ensure work meets safety procedures and local codes.
Train other technicians and provide mentorship.
Drive company vehicle or use personal/rental vehicle for company business more than 50% of the time.
