Job summary

CGL is seeking a skilled Electrician to perform preventive and corrective electrical maintenance for commercial clients. The position may include minor installations and requires ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams, work safely, and coordinate with clients.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in commercial maintenance, a High School diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and a state license as an electrician.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• Valid driver's license and state electrician license required.
• Proficient reading of blueprints and electrical diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances.
• Maintain emergency generators and high voltage switchgear.
• Inspect and test electrical systems per local codes and safety standards.
• Train and mentor junior technicians.
• Adhere to safety procedures and document work in CMMS.
