Job summary

CGL Facility Management, LLC provides comprehensive contract facility maintenance services to commercial clients. This role focuses on preventive and corrective electrical maintenance, with some installations, and may extend beyond electrician duties.

Responsibilities include repairing and testing high voltage circuits, maintaining generators, and ensuring safety standards across sites in the Atlanta area. Strong blueprints reading and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years construction or maintenance experience in commercial environments.
• High School Diploma or GED as minimum education.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical diagrams.
• Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Repairs, installs, replaces, and tests electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances.
• Inspects and maintains electrical equipment, lighting, and power circuits.
• Isolates defects in wiring, switches, and motors using testing instruments.
• Maintains emergency generators and high voltage switch gear.
• Trains other technicians and provides mentorship.
