Alliance Group is seeking a full-time licensed electrician based in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Electrical team. This is a field-based role responsible for planning, supervising, and performing electrical maintenance and repairs in commercial/industrial settings. Description

Job Summary: Alliance Group is seeking a full-time licensed electrician based in West Lebanon, NH to join our growing Electrical team.
This is a field-based position responsible for planning, supervising, and performing electrical maintenance and repairs, including electrical service calls and electrical installations in a commercial/industrial setting. Individuals must demonstrate excellent communication skills, as well as an aptitude for problem solving, time management, and customer service.
Pay Range: Pay range starts at $30/hour, however, compensation is negotiable and we welcome transparent conversations with qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Role-Specific Duties:
  • Diagnose and repair electrical equipment, including motors, generators, transformers, primary and secondary distribution systems, and more.
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on a variety of commercial/industrial electrical systems
  • Manage electrical jobs, including reading blueprints/schematics, coordinating work sequences with fellow trades personnel and apprentices, and communicating with the Electrical Department Manager.
• Organization-Specific Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by communicating and fully explaining current issues, timelines, and resolutions to customers when appropriate.
  • Identify and report to owner potential opportunities for additional business (newer system, service contracts, and additional services).
  • Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, type of fuel, necessary test measurements, and pictures as necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment and company work vehicle.

Essential Qualifications and Competencies

Role-Specific:

• Driver’s License required
• 4+ years of electrical experience required
• Active Electrical License required (Journeyman's or Master's)

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a daily basis

• U.S. citizenship or a current, valid U.S. work permit is mandatory
• Applicants must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• A background verification and motor vehicle check will be required.
• A pre-employment post-offer Human Performance Examination is required for this position.
