Qualifications

• Must hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Experience leading electrical engineering design projects.
• Strong technical leadership and collaboration in MEP environment.
• Excellent client interaction and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical and project lead for electrical design projects.
• Lead electrical analysis, calculations, system design and documentation.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, and client expectations for small to mid-size projects.
• Coordinate with mechanical and plumbing disciplines to deliver projects.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and designers and support proposals.
