Responsibilities

• Serve as Engineer of Record on assigned structural engineering projects, including larger and more complex work.
• Lead structural design efforts and oversee production of accurate, code‑compliant construction documents.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables in coordination with internal project managers and external stakeholders.
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering work, calculations, drawings, and documentation.
• Mentor and guide engineers through design, production, technical problem-solving, and professional development.
• Support business development through structural fee proposals, client relationship management, networking, and market outreach.
