Pioneer Production Services, Inc. in Baton Rouge is seeking a Licensed Dockman/Dispatcher to coordinate transportation and distribution of fuel and lubricants.

The role involves scheduling loading/discharging across boats, barges and trucks, while maintaining safety and environmental standards. The position requires five years of industry experience, MMC with Tankerman-PIC and Dangerous Liquids Endorsement, TWIC, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Five years of industry experience required.
• MMC with Tankerman-PIC and Dangerous Liquids Endorsement.
• TWIC and a valid Driver's License.
• High School diploma or equivalent; strong communication skills; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate vessel, barge and truck movements with customers via VHF/phone.
• Oversee loading and discharge of liquid cargo safely and efficiently.
• Interface with USCG, DEQ and other regulators; maintain security.
• Maintain DOIs, tickets, daily reports, and job logs promptly.
• Operate forklift and hydraulic crane; perform regular equipment checks.
• Train and assess Dockman personnel; work with minimal supervision.
• Track inventory and keep facility clean and well-organized.
