Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales environment.
• Must have active Property & Casualty License.
• Proven ability to meet quotas, metrics and goals.
• Desire for a long-term career within the insurance industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products to inbound callers by gathering data from customers to generate quotes and binding the business.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships while educating customers on coverages and costs.
• Qualify customers as buyers of other products/services to create cross-sell opportunities.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while interacting with customers.
