Job summary

Heartland Dental LLC is seeking a licensed Dental Assistant in Richfield, MN to join our oral surgery team. The role offers a $3,000 signing bonus and opportunities for growth within a large network of supported doctors.

You will greet patients, review health histories, take x‑rays, and provide four‑handed chairside assistance while adhering to safety protocols. Proficiency with Dentrix is a plus and a Minnesota license is required.

Qualifications

• Minnesota dental assisting license or in process
• Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients and educate throughout treatment
• Review health histories to ensure quality care
• Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography)
• Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry)
• Use Dentrix for scheduling and records
• Prepare treatment rooms following safety protocols (OSHA & CDC)
• Manage supplies and place orders
• Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow
