Job summary

Rush Creek Dental Care in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a licensed Dental Assistant to join our supportive Heartland Dental network. You’ll greet patients, review health histories, and assist during procedures with four-handed dentistry, using Dentrix to schedule and document patient care.

Qualifications

Minnesota dental assisting license required (or in process).
Certification and/or x-ray certification as required by state act.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey and educate during treatment.
Review health history to provide quality care.
Take and process x-rays and diagnostic assessments (iTero 3D scanner, digital photography).
Provide chairside assistance (four-handed dentistry) to dentists.
Utilize Dentrix for scheduling and record-keeping.
Prepare treatment rooms per safety protocols (OSHA & CDC).
Manage supplies and inventory; place and expedite orders.
Collaborate with providers to maximize office workflow.
