Dental Associates Minnesota in Maple Grove, MN is hiring a Licensed Dental Assistant to join a fast-paced, team-oriented practice. The role offers a competitive hourly wage and full-time schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

You will work with doctors to provide clinical support and ensure a welcoming patient experience. Requirements include an active Minnesota LDA license, CPR/BLS, OSHA/CDC infection control knowledge, and experience with digital radiography and dental software.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards.
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software.
• Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Educate patients regarding treatment and home care.
• Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members.

Compensation

$33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do
