Job summary

Dental Associates Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant for our Maple Grove, MN office. The role supports dentists with clinical procedures and patient care in a fast-paced, team-driven setting.

You’ll prepare treatment rooms, take radiographs, maintain infection control, and educate patients on treatments and home care. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with hourly compensation of $33.00–$36.00 based on experience.

Qualifications

• Current Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA).
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Knowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standards.
• Experience with digital radiography and dental software.
• Coronal polishing and expanded functions preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Previous dental assisting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms and instruments.
• Take digital radiographs and intraoral images.
• Maintain sterilization and infection control standards.
• Educate patients regarding treatment and home care.
• Fabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensure.
• Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
• Help keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient care.
• Collaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team members.

Compensation

$33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You'll Do
