Jobot is seeking a Licensed Customs Brokerage Manager in Sandy Springs, GA to oversee daily brokerage operations and ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations. This on-site, permanent role offers a base salary with bonus potential and comprehensive benefits.

You will lead a team of entry writers, manage operations, and mentor staff while coordinating with compliance, operations, and customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional service and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily customs brokerage operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Train and mentor new hires.
