Qualifications

• 5+ years of U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Customs Broker License is required.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Experience with Cargowise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 3 entry writers and oversee daily brokerage operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with U.S. Customs regulations.
• Train and mentor new hires to maintain high performance.
• Oversee entry preparation, classification, valuation, and duty assessment.
