Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a licensed customs broker.
• Knowledgeable in US import regulations, HTS classification and PGA requirements.
• Excel experience.

Responsibilities

• Classify goods using HTS codes.
• Prepare and submit customs entries via ACE/ABI.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and company policies.
• Communicate with Customs, PGAs, and clients on shipments.
• Resolve holds, exams, and clearance issues.
• Maintain accurate import documentation and records.
• Coordinate with logistics teams for cargo release and delivery.
• Support audits, process improvements, and train junior staff.
