Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will support one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S. No cold calling required! We cover training, testing fees, and state licensing to help you start your insurance career.


Please ensure a distraction-free, quiet workspace during training and work hours. Household noise and pets should be managed accordingly.

Requirements
  • Reside in Texas
  • At least 18 years old
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Preferred 6 months to 1 year relevant experience
  • Availability during operational hours
  • Strong customer service skills

Home Setup
  • Equipment: Company ships necessary equipment, including headset after passing the exam

  • Work Environment: Quiet, distraction-free space; webcam required during training and work; cannot be a primary caregiver during hours
  • Device: Own computer or tablet (excluding Kindle Fire); cell phones not permitted for training
