Ideal candidates hold active IL P&C and Life/Health licenses, have prior agency experience, and excel in Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

• Active Illinois Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Active Illinois Life and Health insurance license.
• Prior experience working in an insurance agency setting.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.
• Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep commitment to providing exceptional service to every client.

Responsibilities

• Review existing insurance policies to ensure coverage aligns with the current needs of our clients.
• Process policy changes, payments, and document requests with high attention to detail.
• Answer client inquiries regarding their policies and coverage options with patience and clarity.
• Identify gaps in protection and recommend appropriate products to better serve our policyholders.
• Maintain accurate client files and documentation in our agency system.Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office goals and uphold our reputation for excellence.
