Spero Health in Lexington, KY is seeking a Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to join an integrated care team delivering counseling, case management and MAT services to support the mission of Saving Lives, Instilling Hope and Restoring Relationships. You will work with patients to provide evidence-based counseling, coordinate care, and promote recovery within a supportive, HIPAA-compliant setting.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of full‑time employment/internship working in a human-services setting OR Master's Degree in behavioral science, as defined above.
• License: CSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPCA, LMFT, LCADC-A, LCADC
