Job summary

Integrated Services for Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to provide direct behavioral health services in home, office, school, or telehealth settings throughout Southeast and Central Ohio. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, develop individualized plans, and maintain compliant documentation while meeting HIPAA standards.

The role requires active supervision participation, travel within the service area, and flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or related field required.
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field preferred.
• Active license in Ohio as LSW or LPC required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and provisional diagnoses under supervision.
• Engage individuals and families in homes and communities to identify goals and barriers.
• Provide therapeutic interventions within licensure and supervision.
• Develop trauma-informed, strengths-based treatment plans and ensure documentation.
