Odyssey House Louisiana, Inc. seeks a full-time Licensed Counselor or Social Worker to provide behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment in Louisiana. The Counselor will deliver individual and group therapies, coordinate with referral sources, and support discharge planning.

The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The role requires maintaining treatment plans, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with providers and court systems to ensure continuity of care.

Formación

• Master's degree in clinical social work or counseling.
• Licensed in Louisiana in counseling, addiction counseling, or social work.
• At least 1 year of substance use disorder treatment experience (DSM-V).
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical services to assigned clients; conduct daily group therapies, individual counseling and family therapy as appropriate.
• Liaise with referral sources, court systems, and other involved human service providers.
• Maintain clinical case files, assessments, treatment plans, notes and discharge summaries.
• Apply ASAM Criteria to treatment planning and ensure documentation for billing and compliance.
• Attend staff meetings, in-service training and quarterly training.
