Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. You will work in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient settings, delivering high-quality care to seniors and helping them regain independence.

Applicants must hold an active state license/certification and be able to follow treatment plans under the supervision of an OT. Competitive pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must hold active state licensure or certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, and outpatient therapy preferred.
• Ability to follow treatment plans and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the plan of care under supervision of the OT.
• Communicate patient progress, concerns, and plans to the OT.
• Record treatment notes and billing per policy.
• Participate in plan of care meetings when asked by Rehab Director.
• Adhere to state practice acts and company policies.
