Lake Way Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Benton, Kentucky is seeking a compassionate Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team. Formación
- Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting.
- Current COTA certification in Kentucky.
- Passion for geriatric care and rehabilitation.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creativity in adapting activities to patient needs.
Responsabilidades
- Implement creative treatment plans for daily living activities.
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises and ADL training.
- Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques.
- Monitor and document patient progress.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered care environment.
