SpeechCom Inc. is seeking a full-time, CA-licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a school district in Corona-Norco, CA for the 2026-27 school year.

The COTA will support occupational therapists, implement treatment plans, and help students develop daily living skills. The position offers $38-$45 per hour (W2) with 8 hours per day, five days a week, and a benefits package including 401(k) matching after one year, CE credits, health/vision/dental insurance, life insurance, mileage

Qualifications

• CA state-issued license required.
• Associate's Degree (or 2-year degree) preferred.
• Pass LiveScan and TB test prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Observe and document progress of students in therapy.
• Assist in implementing treatment plans
• Facilitate daily living activities and adaptive equipment use
• Assist with group activities and planning
• Maintain records and report to supervisors
• Transport students to therapy sessions and coordinate with staff
