The role requires a cosmetology license, willingness to travel daily, and strong leadership to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction across all locations. You will collaborate with regional teams and attend weekly calls with the Regional Director.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and train salon managers.
• Ensure operational efficiency across salons.
• Ensure marketing consistency across salons.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
• Manage regional budget and ensure budget adherence.
• Address operational issues as they arise.
• Liaise between regional offices and HQ.
• Maintain consistent customer service levels across salons.
• Provide recommendations to senior management.
• Comfort with computers and troubleshooting when needed.
• Motivated to develop salon teams.
• Attend weekly calls with peers and Regional Director.
