We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. With over 1500 locations across the US, all within a Senior Living Environment, we offer a unique opportunity to make a difference.

Schedule & Requirements

• Part-time, 1-2 days a week (additional days optional)
• Valid active Cosmetology license in this state
• Comfortable with nail services
• Reliable transportation
• Proof of Identity and work eligibility in the US (no sponsorship)
• 6-hour shifts (e.g., 9am-3pm or 10am-4pm)

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of cosmetology services: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures, roller sets, etc.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area
• Manage social media accounts to promote services and share transformations
• Deliver outstanding hospitality to create a welcoming environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
• Strong guest service skills and ability to build rapport
• Experience with seniors, Alzheimer's, dementia, or special needs is desirable
• Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail
