Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• 2+ years of salon and retail experience.
• 2+ years of operational management experience.
• 2+ years of supervising team, hiring, training and scheduling.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead to deliver top-tier guest experience aligned with company values.
• Drive sales and service behaviors and resolve guest issues.
• Staff and resource front-of-house operations, bookings, services and memberships.
• Master all Madison Reed services and assist behind the chair when needed.
• Support district manager with training or on-site visits as required.
• Hit monthly sales goals and KPIs across retail and services.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory and asset security.
• Coach and develop team to optimize culture and performance.
• Manage staff schedules based on forecasts and labor laws.
