The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in account management or 5+ years in insurance, a valid P&C license (CIC preferred), and strong communication and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Active property & casualty (P&C) license required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Monitor policy expirations and renewals
• Communicate workload status and issues with the account team
• Maintain agency systems and data accuracy
• Deliver excellent service and seek continuous improvement
