Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the applying state.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair in a salon.
• Strong communication and problem-solving in a fast-paced retail or salon.
• Familiar with point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to 100% guest satisfaction.
• Help guests select colors and products.
• Meet monthly sales goals including retail, services, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
• Support training of Assistant Colorists.
