Madison Reed Hair Color Bar is seeking Licensed Colorists in California to deliver quality services and outstanding guest care. You love beauty and color and help guests choose the best options while executing services with precision.

This role reports to the Manager and can be full or part time depending on business needs. Compensation consists of base hourly pay, commissions, and tips, with potential earnings for this location ranging from $28 - $30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• Effective communication, problem solving and people skills in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate teamwork to provide a guest experience aligned with company values.
• Provide consultations and all services on the menu to 100% guest satisfaction.
• Assist guests in selecting products and color while staying on time for bookings.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals through services, retail, and memberships.
• Maintain cleanliness, merchandising, inventory, and asset security.
