Madison Reed Hair Color Bar seeks a Licensed Colorist to deliver high‑quality color services and guest care in a fast‑paced environment. You will conduct consultations, perform color and styling services, and help guests choose products that fit their color goals.

Availability for peak times is essential, with compensation including base pay, commissions and tips. We emphasize teamwork, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction, while offering ongoing培训 and opportunities for growth within the brand.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license in the state you are applying.
• 1+ year of experience as a colorist behind the chair within a salon environment.
• Effective communication, strong problem solving and people skills, in a fast-paced retail or salon environment.
• Comfortable operating point of sale systems
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and develop teamwork skills to provide a guest experience aligned with our values.
• Provide consultations and all services offered on the menu, including shampooing, styling and chemical services.
• Be attentive to guest needs to help select products and color while staying on schedule.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals and other KPIs, including retail and memberships.
• Ensure the Color Bar meets cleanliness, merchandising, inventory and asset security standards.
• Adhere to Madison Reed systems, policies, processes and procedures.
• Drive revenue through increasing average service tickets and memberships.
• Grow within Madison Reed by ongoing training on MR products and services.
• Support the training and development of Assistant Colorists.
