Job summary

Vivo Healthcare Orange Park is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan, and as directed by supervisors. You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor changes in condition, and document observations accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with Florida laws.

• Must work harmoniously with other personnel.
• Must be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services as per resident’s plan.
• Move and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report changes in resident condition to supervisors.
• Maintain professional conduct and proper dress with name tag visible.
• Adhere to facility policies and HIPAA regulations.
