Job summary

Vivo Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and care for residents in accordance with care plans. You will assist with activities of daily living, transfers, meals, and weight/documentation duties, while maintaining dignity and safety at all times.

The role requires an active Florida CNA license in good standing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and no disciplinary action on certification, with AHCA eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provides supportive services to nurse(s) and other staff as needed and performs duties as assigned.
• Assists resident with activities of daily living per care plans and procedures.
• Assists resident with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting.
• Coordinates dining room services at meals, including setup, tray delivery, and documentation.
• Records resident weight and reports changes to nurse and supervisor.
• Monitors skin condition and reports issues to nurse/supervisor.
• Assists with toileting program activities.
• Completes daily Point of Care documentation for tasks performed.
• Keeps nurse/supervisor informed of factors affecting duties.
• Reports changes in resident condition to nurse and supervisor.
