Qualifications

• CNA license in good standing.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No disciplinary action in effect against certification.
• Eligible in AHCA.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with activities of daily living according to care plans.
• Support nurses and other staff as needed and perform duties as assigned.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal delivery, and documentation of intake.
• Record weights and report changes to nurse/supervisor.
• Document care in Point of Care systems daily.
• Maintain infection control and confidentiality per policy.
• Attend care-plan meetings and participate in QAPI activities.
