Job summary

Vivo Healthcare in Florida is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, under supervision.

Applicants must hold a Florida CNA license, read/write/speak English, and demonstrate care for residents’ age-related needs. New CNAs are welcome and encouraged to participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a minimum 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant per state laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident assessment and care plan.
• Work as part of a team, maintaining professionalism and proper dress with name tag visible.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Commit to ongoing training and educational classes to maintain certification.
• Follow facility policies including call light procedures and access to resident information.
• Assist in care plan development and daily care routine adjustments.
• No personal cell phone use in patient areas.
