Job summary

New Alternatives, Inc. is seeking a licensed Clinician to lead clinical oversight across High Fidelity Wraparound teams, ensuring integrated, family-driven care for children, youth and families.

You will supervise assessments, co-occurring disorder planning including ASAM screening and MAT coordination, and ensure plans of care are clinically sound and trauma-informed. The role offers flexible working arrangements, competitive hourly pay, health and dental insurance, PTO, and ongoing

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Clinician in California.
• Licenses include PMHNP, LCSW, LPCC, LMFT.
• Experience in behavioral health or crisis intervention preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills.
• Commitment to family-driven, trauma-informed care.
• Valid CA driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight across HFW teams.
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations.
• Review and approve Plans of Care.
• Provide short-term crisis intervention and clinical consultation.
• Oversee treatment planning for co-occurring disorders; coordinate MAT.
• Ensure clinical goals are integrated into the Plan of Care.
• Support staff in trauma-informed, family-centered care.
• Collaborate with facilitators and community providers.
