Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, planning and delivery of clinical treatment services in the Detox unit.
• Conduct risk assessment, treatment planning, individual and group therapy, and psycho-educational and family services.
• Maintain documentation: Assessment, Master Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, and Discharge Plans.
