Job summary

Ocean State Behavioral in Warwick, RI is seeking a Licensed Clinician/Therapist to join our clinician-led team. You will work with children and families across HBTS, PASS, and Outpatient programs, with a steady schedule and supportive culture.

Applicants must hold an active Rhode Island LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have a Master’s in Social Work or related field with at least one year of experience with children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island license: LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT required before hire.
• Full fluency in English and Spanish.
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field.
• At least one year working with children with special needs.
• Ability to manage schedule and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete case openings with Treatment Coordinators.
• Develop and maintain individualized treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide clinical consultation to clients, families, and DSPs.
• Train and mentor DSPs implementing treatment plans.
• Review data and adjust interventions as needed.
• Coordinate with collateral providers and maintain timely documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and standards.
