Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, counseling education or criminal justice (or related human services)
• Current and valid licensure as LICSW or LMHC in MA
• Four years of full-time or equivalent social work experience, with at least one year in supervisory/leadership role

Responsibilities

• Lead critical incident debriefings and provide clinical office hours
• Deliver individual crisis intervention and assessments for department staff and civilians
• Promote mental health and wellness across the Department
• Collaborate with EAU staff on crisis/risk management plans
• Assist with outreach activities and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Provide training to employee peer counselors and participate in EAU meetings
• Meet Mandated Reporter requirements
• Travel to barracks/units as needed and document required activities
